Breach of Contract

One of the main ways in which the MLM companies get you is to stop your account, saving themselves money if you work with more than one and their terms and conditions prohibit this.

This may be unlawful in England as it could be considered to be in restraint of trade, but you would probably only end up with an expensive law suit. In any event, English law does not necessarily govern the contract. Better to check before you join!
